Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that technological leadership will determine strategic advantage in future wars. He stated that the partnership between DRDO and industry should not be limited to production alone but should be extended into the field of research. The Defence Minister placed special emphasis on the role of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and startups, indicating that the participation of these entities is important for promoting innovation in the defence sector.
